CTIC Board
The CTIC Board provides oversight for the operations and activities of the CTIC, thus facilitating regional ownership and ensuring the sustainability of the CTIC as the principal institution with responsibility for tsunami mitigation throughout the Caribbean and adjacent regions. The Board is chaired by the Chair, ICG/CARIBE EWS with membership including CTIC Host Country, Other ICG/CARIBE EWS Member State and Working Group representatives, donors and partners. A UNESCO/IOC representative and the Programme Officer, CTIC comprise the Secretariat. The activities of the Board are conducted by meetings and correspondence. The CTIC Board reports to the ICG/CARIBE EWS.

Programme Officer
Daily management and coordination CTIC activities and supervision of project and support staff is provided by the Programme Officer based in Bridgetown, Barbados.
Support Staff
Through specific arrangements, support staffing for CTIC is provided by UNESCO/IOC and the Government of Barbados through the Coastal Zone Management Unit (CZMU). Limited support is also provided by other ICG/CARIBE EWS Member States and partners.
Project staff
Staff is hired to conduct the project activities of CTIC.
